As Excalibur readies itself to press its new program vessel, the Richard A. Smith into service, we will need your help more than ever. Our first challenges will be directed towards passing the U.S.C.G. inspection, including stability tests and licensing for passenger service, (the Coast Guard has offered to assist us with this process) and secondly, to rebuild the Excalibur Program. Needless to say, Excalibur has exhausted its financial resources to see this project through to completion and depends on your generosity to accomplish the resumption and success of Excalibur’s Special Needs Program.
